I am a long time all-year allergy 'sufferer' and have continually looked for the newest medications, inexpensive anti-allergy products, and better ways to control my allergies, as well as our kids.  This site has been put together so people like myself and others - and even the allergy sufferers in our small company - are better informed about the causes, prevention and newest treatments for their specific allergies.  I am a firm believer in 'people becoming personally involved, taking charge, and helping themselves'. Some very  informative 'checklist forms'  have been put together that can help you pinpoint your specific allergens (things that trigger your allergic reactions) and what many specific inside and outside checklist actions you can do to prevent or control them.  Also included are some reasonably priced 'helpful allergy products' that can help you avoid/prevent inside and outside allergy irritants - from needlessly bothering you - (without having to win a 'lottery' to afford them).     

People's allergies can be very unique and what medications and preventative measures that 'work' for one person may not work as well for another. That's why it is important for each one of us (allergy sufferers) to find out as much as we can about our own uniquely triggered allergies. This site comprises a lot of the current allergy information now available. Information you get here can also help you ask better informed questions to your health-provider and/or pharmacist - to work with him or her as an involved partner in obtaining better allergy/asthma relief.   No one has a 'higher stake' in your good health - than you do (with the help of your 'loved ones' too).  So, this site can help you take better personal control over your specific allergies - in your 'quest' to feel better.
