Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.  If something is wrong with your order, please call our Customer Service Department (502 493-4122) for help in taking care of the problem with the least inconvenience for you.  

Shipping and Packaging costs:

Please remember that our shipping rates include a very minimal processing fee and are not just the actual freight costs.  The processing fee goes toward the handling of your order including the materials used (boxes, tape, packaging paper, labeling, etc) as well as insurance and the labor to pack and ship your order.  However, all Allergy Insight Forms are shipped without postage charges,  if you desire not to conveniently download them immediately with Adobe Reader. 

Back Ordered Products:

If an item is 'back ordered' from the manufacturer or supplier - we will notify you by email of that fact and let you know generally when we expect production to 'catch up' with orders in order for us to ship the product(s) to you.   We believe wholeheartedly in our outstanding products and helpful allergy investigation forms.  We want you to be very happy with them - in order to better control your allergies.

Returns and Cancellations:

Allergy Insight strives to offer the highest quality products at reasonable prices.  If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it (with the below conditions) within 30 days for a refund, less shipping and handling.

• Please be sure to insure the package in case of loss or damage in transit back to us.  Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used to make the purchase. 
• All of the merchandise we sell is brand new and has never been opened.  Therefore, all items must be returned in new, unopened re-saleable condition and include original packaging.. 
• Returned items must be complete with all original parts, accessories and manufacturer  packaging to be eligible for a credit.  All returns are subject to inspection for their condition and completeness as returnable merchandise.
• A return authorization number (RA#) is required for all returns.  Items returned without prior authorization cannot be credited and will be refused upon delivery.  Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization number (502 762-9661).
• All pillows are non-returnable - by law.
• We do not pay for return shipping.
• If you have placed an order and would like to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately.  We will do all we can to cancel the order, but if this is not possible, you are liable for all shipping and handling charges and return shipping.
• If you have refused your order upon delivery, you will be liable for outbound shipping and return shipping plus a 15% restock fee.
